These terms govern your use of QuantChat. By using the product, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use QuantChat.

What QuantChat is

QuantChat is an AI research assistant for crypto, equities, and other markets. It answers questions and analyzes data you provide. You use it without an account, through an anonymous browser session.

Not financial advice

QuantChat is for information and education only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing it produces is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Markets are risky and you can lose money. Always do your own research and consider a licensed professional before making decisions. You are solely responsible for what you do with anything QuantChat tells you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use QuantChat for anything unlawful, or to harm, harass, or defraud others.
• Attempt to break, overload, probe, or circumvent the service, its rate limits, or its security.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use, or that is malicious, illegal, or infringing.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the service in ways these terms don't allow.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and images you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to process them so the product can respond to you. You're responsible for the content you provide and for making sure you're allowed to share it. You can delete everything your session owns at any time from Settings → Delete my data.

Availability

QuantChat is offered as-is and may change, pause, or shut down at any time. We may apply rate limits, capacity controls, or maintenance windows, and features can be added or removed without notice. Because the service is anonymous, we can't recover data for a session you've lost access to.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuantChat and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use QuantChat after an update means you accept the revised terms.
